A United Cry for God’s Presence in the Heart of the Nation

The Capitol City National Day of Prayer is a sacred, multicultural gathering of the Body of Christ—leaders, intercessors, and believers from every background—coming together in the heart of Washington, D.C.,

Each year, we align with the National Day of Prayer’s annual theme, creating a unified spiritual focus as we lift our voices in worship, repentance, and intercession. This solemn assembly is more than an event—it is a divine invitation for God to intervene in the affairs of our country, heal our land, and guide our leaders with wisdom and righteousness.

Together, we declare hope over despair, unity over division, and the lordship of Jesus Christ over every system and structure.

Building Kingdom Relationships for Kingdom Impact

Rooted in Honor. Sustained by Unity. Released in Purpose.

At ICHC, we believe that lasting ministry is built on relationships—relationships formed in prayer, cultivated through trust, and cherished in collaboration. Across generations, denominations, ethnicities, and cultures, these connections reflect the heart of Christ and fuel the mission of advancing His Kingdom.

Capitol City National Day of Prayer (CCNDP)

Conceived and initiated by Dr. Corinthia Ridgley Boone, the Capitol City National Day of Prayer is a unique gathering that brings together the nations, cultures, and generations—a living mosaic of John 17:21 and Revelation 7:9. Each year, we unite under a national theme, inviting God’s presence into the heart of the nation. This sacred assembly in Washington, D.C., reflects our commitment to spiritual unity and collective intercession, as we call on the Lord to intervene in the affairs of our land.

These trusted relationships—often marked by intimate, symbolic moments of spiritual commissioning—speak to the deep respect and alignment shared across ministries.
