On Friday, March 6, 2026, pastors, leaders, and intercessors gathered for the International Christian House Coalition (ICHC) Friday Pastors Call from 6:30–7:30 AM. The call was led by Bishop Bobby Holmes, who delivered a powerful message centered on a timely theme: “Prepare the Way for Revival.”
The foundation for the message came from Acts 2:1–4, the moment when the Holy Spirit was poured out on the Day of Pentecost. Scripture reminds us that the disciples were gathered together in one accord when suddenly the presence of God filled the room like a rushing mighty wind. Tongues of fire appeared, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit.
This powerful passage reminds us that revival is sent by God, but preparation is the responsibility of His people.
Bishop Holmes emphasized that prayer, repentance, unity, persistence, and a revelation of the power of the Blood of Jesus create the atmosphere for revival. When believers come together with one heart and one purpose, God responds.
Evidence of this hunger for God can be seen around the world. At the University of Arkansas, Walton Arena—usually filled with the cheers of basketball fans—recently hosted more than 10,000 Gen Z students gathered with hands lifted in worship. Across the globe in Ukraine, amid the devastation of war, the Ukrainian Pentecostal Church has responded to a new season of spiritual hunger and revival, demonstrating that even in the midst of chaos, God is moving.
Bishop Holmes reminded those on the call that revival is not only released by the Holy Spirit but sustained through the power of the Blood of Jesus Christ. The blood cleanses, defeats demonic forces, releases people from captivity, and brings healing. As believers grow in their revelation of Christ’s sacrifice, every hindering spirit is subdued, and God’s power is revealed in greater measure.
The call concluded with a united prayer, asking God for a deeper revelation of the shed blood of Christ and committing to build spiritual altars in homes, churches, and communities. Participants prayed for the nation, asking the Holy Spirit to keep hearts burning with faith, even as pressures increase in the world.
Together, the community reaffirmed its commitment to reflect Christ through love, peace, patience, and perseverance, becoming living examples of His presence in their communities.
As ICHC continues to gather leaders and believers in prayer, the message remains clear: God is sending revival, and we must prepare the way.
