Reset As A Nation: A Call to Prayer, Worship, and Revival

As America approaches its 250th year, the International Christian Host Coalition (ICHC) is calling believers, pastors, and communities across the nation to unite in prayer, worship, repentance, and spiritual renewal.

The theme of the May 22, 2026 Pastors Prayer Call is “Reset As A Nation.” This call reminds us of God’s goodness and mercy toward America and challenges us to return to Him with sincere hearts.

A Time to Return to God

The Holy Spirit is calling the nation back to true worship:

“The Father seeketh such to worship Him in spirit and in truth.” — John 4:23

In a time marked by division, confusion, and spiritual battles, ICHC believes that lasting transformation will not come through human strength alone, but through prayer, worship, and dependence on God.

The Battle Belongs to the Lord

Drawing from 2 Chronicles, the story of Jahaziel reminds us that victory comes when God’s people align themselves with Him in worship and obedience.

“The battle is not yours, but God’s.”

As worshippers went before the army, God fought on behalf of His people. This message remains relevant today as believers stand together in faith for healing, restoration, and revival in America.

Walking in the Power of the Holy Spirit

The prayer call emphasizes the Seven Spirits of God found in Isaiah 11:1–2:

• The Spirit of the Lord

• Wisdom

• Understanding

• Counsel

• Might

• Knowledge

• The Fear of the Lord

Through worship, prayer, and surrender, believers invite God’s presence and guidance into every area of life and community.

Revival Through the Blood of Jesus

ICHC also calls believers to embrace the authority and power found in the Blood of Jesus — for healing, deliverance, restoration, and revival.

Bishop Bobby G. Holmes led a national prayer of repentance, encouraging believers to become “carriers of the Blood of Jesus” in their homes, churches, neighborhoods, and cities.

A United Call for America

Pastors, leaders, and intercessors across Washington, D.C., and beyond are joining together to “tend the fires of righteousness” and stand united in prayer for the nation.

As the church stands firm in love, faith, patience, and righteousness, ICHC believes God is releasing revival throughout the land.
